The RCC community garden is staffed by volunteers who prepare, plant, and care for the garden. Volunteers are not expected to arrive with garden expertise. The students, staff, faculty and community members who already volunteer in the garden will train you to improve your gardening know-how. All volunteers get the chance to improve their gardening skills, but those who volunteer at least eight hours per month (two hours per week) also get a share of the crop!

We currently have our Spring 2017 volunteer work days every:
Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday: 8am-10am

To volunteer:
You can either contact the garden manager (Dr. Tonya Huff : Tonya.Huff@rcc.edu) or just show up to a work day.

If you'd like to support the garden but are unable to volunteer, we have a wish list available for those much needed items:

We appreciate your support and look forward to hearing from you!
