Kids Vision for Life Volunteers meet at a different elementary school each day to conduct vision screenings to children K-6th.
No previous experience is needed. We train you on-site! It is easy to learn and very rewarding. We are flexible with your schedule.
Once the screening is carried out, our optometrist provide eye exams and glasses to the students who need it at no cost to the families.

Description
Kids Vision for Life St. Louis (KVFL) provides vision screenings, eye exams and new eyeglasses to students in need, ages 5-18, at no cost to the family. Vision screenings, eye exams, and prescription eyewear are provided to elementary, middle, and highschool students who would not otherwise be able to obtain eyecare.
KVFL currently provides vision services for the following school districts: St. Louis Public Schools, Riverview Gardens, Jennings, Ferguson-Florissant, Bayless, St. Charles, Fox, Normandy, Maplewood Richmond Heights, Mehlville, Hancock Place, Ritenour, Pattonville, as well as several charter schools in the area.
