Description

Kids Vision for Life St. Louis (KVFL) provides vision screenings, eye exams and new eyeglasses to students in need, ages 5-18, at no cost to the family. Vision screenings, eye exams, and prescription eyewear are provided to elementary, middle, and highschool students who would not otherwise be able to obtain eyecare.

KVFL currently provides vision services for the following school districts: St. Louis Public Schools, Riverview Gardens, Jennings, Ferguson-Florissant, Bayless, St. Charles, Fox, Normandy, Maplewood Richmond Heights, Mehlville, Hancock Place, Ritenour, Pattonville, as well as several charter schools in the area.

KVFL was an easy process to volunteer with. My duties were explained well and they were flexible with me. The employee I worked with was kind and had realistic expectations for me. I would volunteer with KVFL again.

BECAUSE I LOVE THE OPPORTUNITY THE KIDS GET TO PICK OUT THEIR OWN GLASSES MY DAUGHTERS WAS SO HAPPY WHEN THEY CAME HOME FROM SCHOOL,AND I WAS EXCITED ALSO.
