Start volunteering today!

Community Food Share is Boulder and Broomfield Counties’ food bank. Our mission is to be a leader in our community’s effort to end hunger in Boulder and Broomfield Counties. We collect donated food from many sources, and store the donated food in our warehouse where it is sorted, packaged, and checked for spoilage. Over 40 local human service agencies rely on us for free food to pass on to their clients. The Feeding Families food pantry program provides free food to families with school-children living in poverty and volunteers are greatly needed!

There are 3 shifts to choose from
(8:30-11AM, 10:45-1:15PM, and 1-3:30PM) on Wednesday, Thursday, Fridays.

Wednesdays are a drive through day, where volunteers work on an assembly line, packing groceries and loading participants' cars. Thursday/Friday allows for participants to self-select and "shop" in-person while volunteers greet them and restock shelves accordingly.
