ORGANIZATION: Project for Pride in Living (PPL)

Help us connect caring adults and teens with youth as Tutor-Mentors for the PPL Scholars Program!

Scholars works with school-aged youth to help them achieve success in school and life through academic and social skills development and mentoring. Volunteers commit for the school year to building a friendship with a student and supporting their growth with learning activities and fun!

Do you have friends or colleagues who love kids and would make great mentors? Help us spread the word! Connect your networks via social media or go "old school" and post fliers in any of these areas:

  • U of M-St. Paul or Mpls. campus
  • Dinkytown, Mpls.
  • NE Mpls.
  • North Minneapolis
  • Dinkytown
  • St. Paul (DT or neighborhoods)
  • New Hope
  • Golden Valley/Plymouth

Over our 43-year history as a nonprofit, we have developed a broad range of highly integrated programs that help participants build more stable lives.
