TIHAN

Mobile Link Specialists drive to the location of CarePartners (people living with HIV) to provide care through advocacy, information/referral, and emotional/social support. Mobile Link Specialists provide services to clients in their homes or at the hospital; meet with service providers to advocate for clients; assist with assessments, goal-setting, and long-term planning; This position requires travel to destinations in the Tucson metro area. If you have a desire to provide support and can commit to a few hours per month, this position might be just for you! TIHAN is a non-profit located in Tucson, Arizona that provides services to people living with HIV/AIDS to empower them to live well. Our mission is to use education and support to reduce stigma and sustain hope for people living with HIV. Our main values are education, service, and advocacy.
