Positive, upbeat, people centered volunteers are needed to bring joy and retail support to our staff, patients and other customers. There is nothing more powerful that a smiling face and willing hands. If you would enjoy working in our flagship gift shop with an ever changing array of gifts, cards, flowers and home decor items, please consider this position.
We are looking for volunteers on Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons from 2-5pm.
Our gift shop is a fundraiser whose proceeds help to support the AEDs throughout Berks county.

Description
The Reading Health Sytem is comprised the Reading Hospital, Reading Rehabilitation Hospital, the McGlinn Cancer Institute, Miller Regional Heart Center, Emergency Services, Level II Trauma Center, Beginnings Maternity Center, Reading Health Physician Network, Reading School of Health Sciences and The Highlands at Wyomissing a retirement community. There are volunteers for every skill set and heart's desire.
In addition to providing top notch health care we serve the wider community through The Friends of Reading Hospital whose fundraising event proceeds support innovative projects within the hospital and community.
