The mission of A.L.A.Y.A Ministries is to facilitate positive leadership skills through the provision of social support, personal and professional programs, and services, thereby unlocking true leadership abilities and transforming individuals into effective community leaders.

Description

A.L.A.Y.A Ministries (Activating Leadership to Accomplish Your Ambitions) is a 501(c)(3) organization in Houston, TX, founded by Neiki Jones in 2009. Our mission is to recognize, nurture, and support leaders of all ages and backgrounds. We help people discover and fulfill their leadership potential. We have served over 1000 women, men, and children through our programs and services, and over 5000 individuals in low-income communities.

We are honored to have received many awards and recognitions, such as:

  • Recognition letter from Alief ISD for providing school supplies (2011)
  • GOOD DEEDS Award for community work (2015)
  • The Mary McLeod Bethune Impact Service Award (2015)
  • Certification of Appreciation for guest speaking (2017)
  • Character letter from Fort Bend County Constable (2017)
  • 40/40 Nonprofit Leader for Houston (2017)
