Vita-Living is looking for a volunteer willing to deliver meals several days a week to our group homes. Every day around 3 pm meals are donated and stored at a church in Spring Branch. We need these meals delivered to about 5 homes daily. Daily pickup and delivery should take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. Our homes are very excited to receive these meals and would be very thankful to any volunteer!
As a Vita-Living volunteer, you have the ability to change lives everyday for those less fortunate with developmental disabilities. To see what volunteering means at Vita-Living, check out this recap of different volunteer experiences in 2015 and a first-person POV video about our "Vita-Living Voices" awardee for 2015.
