Currently our truck drivers need assistance with picking up food from grocery stores and unloading them at our pantry. In some cases, help with sorting and storage of these items. Training will be provided. Must have your own transportation to the food pantry location and be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. Please be aware this DOES require some lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs. However, we are big advocates of "team lifting" and would never expect solo lifting of heavier boxes.

Current needs include:

  1. Monday mornings - 8:30am - 10:30am
  2. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday mornings: 8:30am - 12:30am
  3. Friday afternoons: 12:30pm - 3:00pm
CedarWood Food Pantry in Mountlake Terrace supplies needed groceries for an average of 75 families in the community. We invite you to come and join our volunteer family and help make a real difference in our community. Any questions, contact Adam Shephard at (206) 883 5132.
