Our all volunteer-driven organization is seeking several HR generalist and specialist professionals to work in our HR Department.

Job descriptions:

1) Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives. 2) Arranges interviews by coordinating schedules with the candidate 3) Responding to the various Volunteer match posts 4) Conducting HR interviews and on boarding the candidates. 5) Working closely with the organizational goals 6) Social Media Uses for organizational goals
Competencies looking for in the candidate are as below:
1)Human Resources Capacity 2) Communication Proficiency. 3)Personal Effectiveness/Credibility. 4) Customer/ client focus 5) Social Media Savvy

Minimum hours per week are seven.
