Assist in the design and production of print and electronic materials related the agency’s program development and marketing needs. Create invitations, flyers, and programs for events, brochures, posters, and ads. Design posters and look for Display Window. Assist Head Designers with revisions to current brochures, newsletters, and PowerPoint presentations and plan, design, and execute revisions, improvements, and new materials as needed. Assist Head Designers with maintenance of creative jobs files. Perform other related duties as required. Must be able to work sensitively and effectively with individuals of diverse educational, socio-economic, and cultural backgrounds. Associate’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field with two years documented graphic design/ communications experience preferred. Must have proficiency in graphic applications including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Adobe Web Premium Suite. Ability to work collaboratively in deadline-oriented environment with several projects in process at one time is required. 16 weeks from June-September / September- January/ January-May. Time commitment is negotiable. Two days a week for 15 hours a week with a flexible schedule from Monday to Friday.
