Teaching 2

Do you like meeting people from other countries? Do you like teaching people things you already know like our money or how our emergency and medical systems work? CCC has summer opportunities for adults 18 years and older to interact with and help newly arrived refugees. Volunteers are needed in the classroom as teachers and helpers and tutors. We need volunteers to help our clients study for their Virginia Drivers License, entry into community college, fill out job applications and prepare for job interviews. No teaching background or foreign language required! Flexible weekday daytime scheduling.
