Description:
We are looking for motivated and committed individuals to join our volunteer-driven Project Management Office Team.

Job Purpose:

Identify learning gaps - Regularly surveys staff and management to identify training needs and/ or "gaps".

Define and maintain training schedule based on the identified training needs/ gaps.

Work with subject matter experts, Team leads, as approved to develop and execute the training.

Thorough knowledge of adult training methodologies and training delivery methods.

Ability to develop, design, conduct, coordinate, maintain, evaluate and measure the effectiveness of training programs for all volunteer levels.

Design, write and administer training assessment; prepare reports on regular basis on the assessment results.

Conduct Soft skills trainings such as Business writing, Time Management, Influencing without Authority, Conflict resolution, Lead by example, Effective Communication skills, Train-the-Trainer sessions.

Design and develop soft skills learning content in collaboration with the Curriculum developer.

Input course information, tools, and associated documents into LMS.

Commitment Required:

Meetings: 2 in person and 2 conference calls on Wednesdays at a weekly basis.

Time: Minimum 5 hours [excluding meeting time].

Requirements:

Specific Requirements (Skills and Abilities):


* Willingness to take initiatives.

* Strong program management skills. Candidates with PMP will be preferred.

* Excellent in communication and presentation.

* Able to work independently and as part of a team.

* Must attend weekly meeting on Wednesdays on a regular basis.

* Must be willing to commit to a minimum of 1 year.


General Requirements :

* Should have passion for serving community.

* Should be reliable.

* Should have a sense of humor.

* Should have the emotional maturity to be able to work in teams without formal

hierarchy.
