Driving gives most of us the freedom to go anywhere, at any time. Freedom to do the simple, but necessary things...like stop at the pharmacy...visit the doctor...a trip to the grocery store.
If you have a couple of hours a week or even a couple of hours a month to help a senior, call us!
Volunteer drivers choose their own geographic area, receive training and free supplemental insurance.

Description
AmeriCorps Seniors recruits and places volunteers over age 55 in activities that address critical community needs, eg. education, homeless, safety and security, health education, disaster preparedness,nutrition, hospice, health and wellness, and providing a better quality of life for others.
