Volunteers are needed to teach Junior Achievement's programs to 7th and 8th grade students. In partnership with the math teachers, students will learn financial literacy concepts with the goal of preparing them for future economic success and related math to the world around us.

Volunteers will

  • Receive training and ready to use materials provided by JA
  • Teach six 45-60 minute sessions, to a class of eighth grade students (one session a week, over six weeks)

Students will

  • Explore higher education and career choices
  • Use entrepreneurial thinking
  • Participate in fun challenging activities
  • Learn basic job-hunting tools
