United Way provides free tax preparation to help families and individuals laim all available credits while saving them from paying preparation fees and refund anticipation-loan interest rates.
As a data entry volunteer you'll help us compile information from the paper surveys we collect at our sites into Survey Monkey so we can analyze data. We have about 6000 9-question surveys to enter. We survey our clients to learn more about who we are helping, and how we can better serve them.
This opportunity can be done from any computer with internet access. Volunteers will only need to visit the United Way office to pick up the paper surveys and receive training, and drop them off when the task has been completed. We ask that you commit to volunteering at least 8 hours.

United Way of Greater Cincinnati was founded in 1915. The annual fundraising campaign became a partnership with American Red Cross, Cincinnati Area Chapter, in 1956. Today the organization covers ten counties: Hamilton, Brown, Butler and Clermont in Ohio; Boone, Campbell, Grant, and Kenton in Northern Kentucky; and Dearborn and Ohio counties in Southeast Indiana.
