Race for the Cure will be taking place Saturday, May 20, 2017 at Agora Center Fitchburg, 5500 E. Cheryl Parkway near Fish Hatchery Road.
We have several opportunities for volunteers, singly or in groups, on Race day and in the week leading up to Race day. Information about the shifts and sign-up is available online: https://www.volunteersignup.org/KHMDD
Join us as a volunteer for Race for the Cure(r)! Show your passion for the breast cancer cause and take action. Prove that you too are More Than Pink(tm). We welcome any and all fun-loving, enthusiastic, hard-working and reliable individuals who are willing to contribute to the success of this important event. Volunteers can pick up their FREE t-shirt during T-shirt and Packet Pick-up on Friday, May 19 between 1pm and 7pm.
By volunteering, you’ll help make your local event a success, which in turn will help Komen fund breast cancer research, education, screening and treatment. Not only will you make an impact in the fight against breast cancer, you will also have fun, feel rewarded and meet some truly incredible people-survivors, family members, allies and more, all of whom have been impacted by this devastating disease.
