Pathfinder Youth Shelter provides emergency housing and supportive services to homeless and runaway youth. Assistant Advocates help staff to meet the needs of its residents and maintain the high level of care we provide. Under staff supervision, Assistant Advocates have direct and constant one-on-one interaction with the residents, and provide them with a positive role model. Assistant Advocates supervise and interact with residents, answer phones, provide information and crisis counseling, complete intakes and resident orientations and assist staff with general house management.
