Reading tutors help kindergarten through second grade students with reading and literacy skills during the school year. Depending on the children's needs tutors listen to them read; practice letters and sounds; and work on phonics skills.
RSVP of Warren County connects people who are age 55+ to local volunteer opportunities. Once we receive your completed membership form to join RSVP, you will be connected to a representative at the volunteer site.

Description
Make a Difference in Your Community!
The RSVP Volunteer Program provides opportunities for individuals 55 and over to make a difference in their community through volunteer service. RSVP volunteers contribute anywhere from a few to over forty hours a week, serving at schools, museums, and other nonprofit and public organizations to help meet critical community needs. RSVP offers maximum flexibility and choice to its volunteers. RSVP matches the personal interests and skills of the volunteer with opportunities to help impact the community. The program offers supplemental insurance while volunteering and training from the agency or organization where volunteers are placed.
