ORGANIZATION: Normandale Center for Healing & Wholeness

To facilitate Normandale Center's Alzheimer’s Association affiliated support group for care partners/caregivers of individuals with memory loss 2nd Saturday of the month from 9am-noon. Location Edina MN. Attend 1 day training provided by Alzheimers Association (if haven't previously attended). Looking for experience with support group facilitation and knowledge of Alzheimer's disease and related dementias. Able to work collaboratively with Support Group Manager as well as program staff.
