It’s that time of year again!

Christmas Tree Sales @ El Centro de la Raza

From Friday, November 24th to Wednesday, December 20th, El Centro de la Raza (a non-profit on Beacon Hill) will be selling Christmas trees as an important fundraiser for our 48 programs and services. Our lot will be open 4-8pm Monday through Friday, and 12-8pm on weekends. We need volunteers to assist with the various aspects of X-Mas Tree sales including removing and returning trees from storage, welcoming customers and responding to their needs and question, explaining tree types and prices, and assisting with taking trees to automobiles. Work is outside and in potentially rainy settings and cold temperatures so prepare accordingly. We provide work gloves and weekends are our biggest need. J

Please consider signing up for a shift. We ask for at least 2- hour shifts from:
Nov 24th -Dec 20th
Monday-Friday | 3:00pm-8:30pm
Saturday - Sunday! | 11:00am-8:30pm

***We do ask that volunteers try to arrive an hour earlier (that is why hours are from 3-8:30pm/ 11:00am-8:30pm).
