ORGANIZATION: M.E.N.D. (Meet Each Need with Dignity)

The MEND Education and Training Center is dedicated towards ensuring our clients receive a working and conversational grasp of English. Our goal is that we provide them the opportunity to move towards self-reliance through education.

We need an ESL instructor for our evening program, Tuesday through Thursday 6:30-8:45pm. Our spring session will run from February 9th to May 19th.

Experience is not required and there will be a great support system of fellow volunteers. Training sessions will be administered mid-January with more opportunities throughout the semester. Teaching can feel like a daunting experience but our student base is welcoming and very excited to learn a new language.
