CLASS is seeking a Marketing Communications Manager to assist CLASS and our non profit public service clients. Reporting to the Senior Principal Marketing you will plan and execute marketing communications for CLASS and our clients. You will play a key role in helping to exceed our targets by delivering marketing programs, materials, and initiatives that build awareness of our consulting solutions. In this role you will be the primary liaison between the CLASS and the client team, working closely with marketing consultants, and the Client account team. Responsibilities - Manage the development and production of marketing communications for CLASS and its clients including brand identity, messaging, collateral, and campaigns. - Coordinate production and delivery of materials with the CLASS Marketing team and outside vendors including the localization of materials for global use. - Maintain and manage global production schedule for all materials, events, and campaigns for CLASS and our clients - Define and refine processes and workflows that ensure efficient approval and delivery of materials and communications. - Drive concept development, creative design, and execution of new sales tools and product demonstrations. - Design outreach efforts to deploy CLASS consulting practices to our key vertical markets, predominantly in public service non-profits, as well as the media that supports our clients - Oversee marketing events for CLASS and our clients the including partner and volunteer conferences, client events, and various trade shows. - Work with client relations to build a variety of programs that ensure a solid, worldwide pipeline of qualified prospective customers. - Design and produce the CLASS and client web presence by working with the Web Development team.
