Child Advocates will monitor parents who are exchanging their children for visitation at the center. Specialists will also supervise visits for some parents who are required to have visitations at the center. Specialists document interactions with the parents and the parents' progress at the center, and the documentation is provided to court when necessary.

The Visitation Program has been established by Judge Mary Kovack of the Medina County Domestic Relations Court, and the program is provided by a contracted agency.
