Program Coordinator responsibilities include licensing, accreditation, staff training/hiring, curriculum implementation, and marketing of early childhood, preschool, school age, afterschool and summer day camp programs. Program Coordinator will handle all administrative aspects of the program and work closely with the Director and other management.

Duties: answering enrollment line, enrolling students, site visits, scheduling field trips, workshops and more.

Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with Texas licensing requirements, hiring and supervising all staff for this area.

**Success of this position requires the ability to lead staff and volunteers in areas of program development, training, and staff development. This position requires someone who is highly motivated, organized, personable and enthusiastic. This position requires a thorough understanding of Texas Department of Family & Protective Services (TDFPS) state standards. Incumbent must have the ability and skills needed to administer the operation policies and procedures of the state and Project One Focus. The incumbent must have skills in planning, organizing, training, relationship building, problem solving and managing multiple priorities.

Will need to pass a background check, FBI Fingerprinting and First Aid/CPR

Bilingual is a plus but not required

We are located in NW Houston and open from 6:30am - 6:00pm
