Volunteer for the Principal Charity Classic golf tournament!

The Principal Charity Classic is an exciting, family-friendly event that greatly contributes to the economic vitality and quality of life in central Iowa. The event attracts a strong field of professional players such as Tom Lehman, Bernhard Langer, Nick Price, and Jay Haas. Best of all, The Principal Charity Classic serves as a catalyst in raising money for local nonprofit organizations supporting children.

Great golf. Check. Beautiful weather. Check. Record attendance. Check. Record amount given to charity. Check (literally). The Principal Charity Classic presented by Wells Fargo has announced its 2016 tournament raised $2,053,725 for Iowa children’s charities. That’s the biggest annual donation in Principal Charity Classic history. It brings the tournament’s charitable giving total to nearly $10 million in 10 years.
