Hospice is a special form of care for individuals who have been diagnosed with a terminal illness. Hospice volunteers are valued members of the hospice team. Openings for caring individuals who are able to provide companionship, hold a hand, be a listener, sit quietly or share life stories and reminisce. Give caregivers a bit of time to take a rest or run an errand. Volunteers make in-home and skilled nursing facility visits. Our patients are in the Santa Clara and San Mateo counties. Volunteer 2- 4 hours per week and truly make a difference. Training and support provided. Opportunities are available days, evenings, or weekends.

Come join a team that truly makes a difference in lives of community members!
