Change a Life!

Volunteers for the Monterey County Free Libraries Literacy Program provide one-to-one tutoring to help learners read, write, speak and understand English better. Our learner-centered program helps people reach their goals, including things like getting a better job, helping their children with homework, or helping family members take the right medicine at the right time.

Volunteer two hours per week for at least six months. New volunteers may join the program at any point during the year by registering for our New Tutor Training. For more information or to register for training, call 831-883-7597, or email hoeffels@co.monterey.ca.us.

Friday, January 25, 2019, 230-800 pm at Seaside Branch Homework Center.
