The funds necessary to care for the large number of special needs animals we rescue (and wish to rescue) are significant. Fundraising and development are crucial to the execution of the life-saving work we do every day!
Fundraising/Development Coordinators will form relationships with and cultivate long-term donors (individual and corporate) who recognize the importance of the work we are doing for the companion animals of Milwaukee County. Explore and secure online giving options as well as workplace giving and estate planning. Acknowledge the wonderful donors that make our work possible!
Fundraising/Development Coordinators must attend a monthly planning meeting. Fundraising/Development coordination tasks are done outside of planning/all-volunteer meetings on your own or in collaboration with other volunteers.
Looking for motivated, self-starters with initiative and drive to work hard and ability to work independently in this role for the special animals of our Milwaukee community who are counting on us to save their lives!
