The Rohr Home is seeking volunteers to build friendships with their residents. Some of the residents' families have work, school, or other time demanding engagements that prevent the ability to make frequent visits and your communications will be greatly appreciated. Residents enjoy talking about a variety of topics that you too may be interested in. You may be assigned to one or multiple residents based on your interests and available time. Volunteers may write letters, exchange cards, or make periodic visits to their matched resident.

Nestled among the azaleas and moss-laden oak trees of Bartow is the Rohr Home; a licensed, 60-bed skilled nursing home facility that specializes in long-term and sub-acute care. A 5-star rated facility, the Rohr Home offers both short and long term care and is consistently ranked by Medicare.gov as one of the top Nursing Homes in Florida.
