Help maintain our urban farms used to grow food for our dining room.
Duties: but are not limited to: planting seeds for new crops, preparing new seedlings, watering plant beds, weeding, building nutrient dense soil through composting, trimming trees, and last but not least harvesting, sorting and washing produce to send straight to our kitchen.
Impact: Our 3 Urban Farms provide 3 acres of organic, fresh fruits and vegetables (and sometimes fish!) All of the food we grow goes straight to our central kitchen to be incorporated into daily meals. This greatly enhances the nutritional support we’re able to offer our guests.
