Make a difference in an elder's life by voluntering with Serene Care Hospice. Volunteers support our patients by pet therapy, music therapy, personal time spent talking about the past, short trips and outings, letter writing and, sometimes, simply listening. Volunteers set their own schedules and increase our patient's quality of life, socially and emotionally. They are valuable assest to our team and allow us to provide the best care possible.

Serene Care Hospice is searching for Volunteers to make companionship visits with our Hospice patients who will be utilizing our hospice services. Our patients reside in assisted livings and in their own homes. Visits are very relaxing and consists of general conversation, listening to music, playing card games, etc. Volunteers visit each patient 2 times a month for about 30 minutes per visit at your own convenience. It is a really great, flexible and beneficial program. Must be 18.
