Plus Size Women Workout Help Women loss weight by walking and running in place to work Up a sweat. Each woman that sign Up to lose their agreed weight will have a Workout Coach that Help you stay on focus and loss weight?

Joyful Volunteer Duties :

Get weighted

Set agreed upon weight loss

Get verbal workout training

Set an agreed upon start date

Set an agreed upon weight in

Set an agreed upon hours you can have Fun working out

We need Joyful Workout volunteers that will be trainer to Help you lose weight

Women can sign up to lose weight as well as become a weight loss coach

Each joyful volunteer donates per session $ 10 of can or dry goods to be given away free 4-23-21 from 1pm-2:30 pm at our DTLA US Vets Homeless Service Center with over 17239 homeless-poor families that live in the world famous Los Angeles County the homeless capital of the United States of America (:
