About

Volunteer tutors are needed to help adult learners to read, write, speak and understand English. No teaching experience or bi-lingual skills required, we prepare you and supply all materials needed to get started and the hours are flexible. By providing 2-4 hours per week of tutoring, you will be helping motivated learners gain access to college, a better job, be a positive member of the community and/or support their own child's education.

Central Coast Literacy Council is a well-regarded organization in Northern Santa Barbara County that has been providing services for over 30 years. Volunteer tutors are trained and receive continuous support. Volunteer today!
