Carbon monoxide is the #1 cause of accidental poisoning deaths.
Install alrams, and you could save lives!
At the end of November, approximately 400 carbon monoxide detectors and 800 smoke alarms were delivered to Healthy Homes, thanks to a grant from FEMA!
We are anxious to line up some volunteers for training to install the alarms. The volunteers will be sent in pairs to the homes of families we are currently serving. This project usually lasts three hours, depending upon the number of families scheduled.
