Join us each on the second Saturday of each month from March through October for our FARM-ily Days at Iroquois Urban Farm. Field-to-fork cooking and gardening activities for the whole family!
Come get to know the farm and help us maintain it as a food-producing, educational, and community building space. We always need hands to help with trash pickup, planting, weeding, and more! Come one, come all!

About The Food Literacy Project
Location:
9001 LIMEHOUSE LN, LOUISVILLE, KY 40222, US
Mission Statement
Youth transforming their communities through food, farming, and the land.
Description
Sharing its home with an 8-acre organic vegetable farm, the Food Literacy Project exists to reveal the power of discovering real food. Our comprehensive Field-to-Fork program consists of student farm-based education, youth development, afterschool programs, professional development, and community engagement to bring all people in the community closer to the origin of the food. We believe in a hands-on experiential approach to education, believing once youth become participants in their own food system, they are more likely to try new things and enjoy eating fresh fruits and vegetables.
