Position Description:
The Organizational Development & Training (ODT) Department provides job and life skills training to Goodwill employees. The Training & Development Assistant will provide administrative and document/presentation design support for the team. Assist ODT staff with clerical and administrative assistance in developing manuals, proofing class materials, tracking training participants, and overall support.

Primary Responsibilities:
* Proof and re-format class documents and handouts
* Enter data to track training participants
* Update, edit, and refresh training PowerPoint presentations
* Support staff with special projects
* Other related duties assigned as necessary

Essential Qualifications and Competencies:
* Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel, Word, & PowerPoint)
* Ability to type 50 WPM
* Excellent organizational skills
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and diplomacy skills
* A demonstrated ability to work independently and as a member of a team
