Mission Graduates' Extended Day Program (EDP) is an after-school and summer program that focuses on positive youth development. The EDP serves over 1,6000 students across 7 elementary school sites, spanning K-5th grades.

Volunteers spend time with our elementary school students and develop meaningful relationships. Each day, you would help students with their classwork, recess, snack, participate in our themed-lessons and academic enrichment activities and support our Classroom Coordinators with daily lesson plans. Due to Mission Graduate's academic support reading levels have dramatically increased, 83% of our EDP students met or exceeded their reading level, come help us increase our impact!

Our students receive targeted academic interventions and get to explore their interests in various electives, including cooking, science club, dance, recreation, STEM club, and more. Jump in and join us for our dynamic after-school program!

The Extended Day Program runs Monday-Friday from 2PM-6PM (times vary by school site). The Extended Day Program is located at the following school sites:

  1. Marshall Elementary
  2. Bryant Elementary
  3. Leonard R. Flynn Elementary
  4. Sanchez Elementary
  5. Alvarado Elementary
  6. Thomas Edison Charter Academy
