We are looking for a volunteer to help us with data entry, database management, revenue processing, social media, and all day-to-day administration who is also interested in a potential part-time opportunity. This is a chance to support the arts. Training is provided.
Schola Cantorum, an auditioned chorus based in Mountain View, California, presents dynamic performances of masterpieces from the choral repertoire, new works by major composers, and music from different cultural traditions in its 51st season. The Mission of Schola Cantorum is to celebrate the joy of singing with our community: by performing choral music of all styles, including masterpieces and commissioned works; by educating and inspiring our singers and audiences; and by encouraging community members of all ages to experience, appreciate and participate in choral music activities.
Description
Schola Cantorum was founded in 1964 by the late Royal Stanton and is an adult, auditioned chorus of more than 100 members. The Music Director, Gregory Wait, is on the faculty of the Stanford University Music Department.
