The Guardian ad Litem Progam in West Palm Beach is hoping you will find these openings interesting and something you'd like to do.
Guardians to work with children. You can be assigned cases and do investigations of children or one time home visits. You would also tesitfy in court.
If you're bi-lingual, that's a plus.
Perhaps you would like to do administrative work. Help at the front desk in a 4 hour shift (or more if you like) M-F from 9-5.
Parking at downtown office will be validated.

The Area Agency on Aging is a private, not-for-profit organization which administers public funds, private grants and donations for senior services in Indian River, Martin, Okeechobee, Palm Beach and St. Lucie Counties.

Description
Growing older has its rewards. One of the finest is Your Aging Resource Center.
Staffed by a corps of trusted, compassionate, professional specialists, the Elder Helpline helps seniors and their caregivers find answers and make informed decisions. Specialists are able to help in English, Spanish and Creole. Services are available to the entire community seeking answers on aging or looking for service providers.
Through Senior Volunteer Programs Your Aging Resource Center engages seniors in community service and civic engagement activities in a myriad of volunteer opportunities.
We are always recruiting volunteers to:
- mentor/tutor youth
- help seniors live a healthy lifestyle
- provide caregiver support
- serve as Foster Grandparents
- serve as SHINE counselors
- serve as Senior Advocates
- become Healthy Living Trainers
Volunteers
- strengthen communities
- improve the lives of others
- connect to others, and
- transform their own lives!
And most importantly: Volunteers live longer!
