I offered my services as I am retired and have extensive experience in dealing with victims of crime. I found the people there inexperienced and wary of inviting someone on the team with more experience than them. They would not meet me face to face and discuss the position of Victims Advocate. They seriously need someone with experience in handling people, they are putting clients in danger appointing inexperienced staff. Everyone I have talked to there have no clue. They clearly work there because they know they would never qualify for that job on a salary basis.
