Greet visitors at the Central Florida Visitor Information Center to inform them of Polk County attractions and events, dining, directions and answering questions. DOTS assist with preparing marketing materials for local communities, conventions, or to be mailed to prospective vacationers. They may also assist in many ways with the multiple special events held at the visitor information center. The center also offers discounts on attraction tickets for most of Central Florida's major attractions, both in Polk County and surrounding Orlando and Tampa.
