Seeking individuals who can make timely and important deliveries to hospice patients of needed supplies, food items, and linens as well as pet items for those with pets. If you have a few hours and can assist with this much needed service we would love to have you as a member of our volunteer team who supports patients and their families throughout Hillsborough County. The mission of LifePath Hospice is to provide quality care and relieve the suffering of those in our community affected by life-limiting illnesses and end-of-life isues, so all may live as fully and comfortably as possible.
Description
LifePath Hospice offers guidance and support to individuals with life-limiting illnesses and their families as they travel on a new and unfamiliar path of life. With the assistance of medical professionals, counselors, clergy and trained volunteers, patients and families are cared for and educated on end-of-life issues in order to make this final journey as peaceful and comfortable as possible.
