We are looking for volunteers to prepare dinner for 40 individuals for our overnight shelter. Emmaus will provide ingredients and meals can be prepared at your home and dropped off at Mitch's Place, 127 How Street . You are also welcome to cook on-site in our shelter kitchen between 11:00 am - 4:00 pm. All on-site volunteers must provide proof of Covid vaccination.

Description
Emmaus Inc. was incorporated in 1985 and seeks to relieve the plight of the homeless through emergency shelter, permanent affordable housing, education and job training, and comprehensive support services.
Emmaus has served homeless families and individuals since January 1987. Each year, Emmaus helps over 2,500 different women, men, and children. On any given night, over 300 adults and children call Emmaus "home". Emmaus provides over 80,000 meals annually to our shelter guests and housing residents.
