Job Description: Troubleshoot hardware and software in an office environment, as well as help maintain, update, and optimize the organization's website.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain, modify, and update Website via WordPress
• Design and edit web page content as well as direct others producing content
• Troubleshoot client and server-side related issues
• Create and maintain website documentation
• Help to optimize web traffic
• In-house IT support and troubleshooting

Requirements:

• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP in a WordPress environment
• Excellent computer skills and use of Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Excellent time management, problem solving and organization skills
• Experience with any Adobe creative Suite products (optional)
• Possess strong personal integrity and ethical principles
• Ability to work collaboratively with others and independently

Time Commitment:

• Hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with some evenings and weekends
• Must be available to work approximately 20 hours per week during the summer (June - September)
• Must be available to work approximately 15 hours per week during the academic year

• This internship is 4 months long and is renewable pending performance review
