Location: Thaddeus Resource Center, La Verne, California Description: The Panera Bread Pick Up Volunteer is responsible for picking up the Panera Bread order on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Friday nights and arriving at Panera Bread - San Dimas at 8:45 pm then dropping off the bread to the Thaddeus Resource Center. The process should take approximately 30 minutes, including pickup and drop-off. Responsibilities: Pickup Panera bread order on either Tuesday, Wednesday or Friday nights Arrive and drop-off at Thaddeus Resource center (Process should take approximately 30mins including pickup & drop-off) Requirements: Available on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Friday nights. Ability to lift and carry food orders. Access to reliable transportation to pick up and drop off orders at Thaddeus Resource Center. Punctuality and reliability. Location: Remote Description:The Human Resources Professional Mentor will mentor and guide our HR staff and interns. With experience in HR practices, recruiting, talent management, and organizational development they will empower their mentees to excel in their roles. By fostering professional growth, ethical conduct and strategic thinking, they'll contribute to our mission of restoring hope and supporting our team. **The responsibilities for this role are performed 100% remotely. ** Responsibilities: Supervise and mentor 5 to 10 interns in the HR department. Mentor staff in career progression, learning opportunities, and skill development. Share insights on recruitment, employee relations and HR policies. Oversee and assist in various development and operations of the HR department, including but not limited to: Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding/orientation, training, offboarding, etc. Designing and implementing procedures and strategies according to the strategic objectives of Thaddeus, devising evaluation strategies to monitor performance and determining the areas of improvement Develop and manage general training and opportunities for their department staff. Administer support and guidance to the executive director, fellow management, and other staff when complex and sensitive questions/issues arise. Requirements: Background in human resources, organizational development or related fields. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration with a concentration in HR, or a related field such as Psychology or Industrial-Organizational Psychology. Volunteer must have the appropriate technology, internet connection and ability to function in a virtual capacity via Microsoft Teams. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and best practices. Strong leadership and mentoring skills. Description: The LCSW Supervisor position works closely with MSW staff members, consulting and collaborating on client's progress and treatment plans. The LCSW supervisor, supervises and manages the MSW Interns, Associates and Graduates to ensure provision of quality client care and effective team performance. The position can be performed virtually/working from home. Time Commitment: All responsibilities will be done either hybrid or remote Must be available to work at least 3 hours per week We can work around your schedule Must be able to commit at least 1 year to this position Responsibilities: Plan, implement, and provide mental health services to clients Complete clinical assessment, diagnosis, progress note, and all other required paperwork in a timely manner and within the Medi-Cal standards and develop a treatment plan Provide specialized group therapy to teens and families in need of social services. Facilitate and lead Therapists meetings Provide Clinical Supervision and training to interns and trainees Maintain client records and complete all agency and/or third-party payer required reports and paperwork Monitor and supervise the development and implementation of treatment/case plan aftercare plans and assessment of the changing needs of clients. Responsibilities: Engage with clients to understand what they’re looking for or in need of. Familiarize yourself with the layout of the Donation Center to locate requested items. Ensure a pleasant, easy shopping experience. Work with staff to maintain the donation center well-organized and clean. Keep track of inventory levels. Ensure items are properly sorted and stored. Maintain a clean and inviting space for both clients and volunteers. Greet clients when they arrive at the donation center. Assist in unloading incoming donations and ensure items are in good condition and ready for distribution. Provide help as clients browse available items. Maintain a clean and organized donation center. Help track inventory levels and restock as needed. Assist in any immediate service or related projects if required. Help clean up the on-site location at the end of each day.
