- Imagine that you are a frail lady of age 80, blind and have an 87 year-old bed-ridden husband at home.
- Your house needs cleaning and you have no money or family/neighbors that can help. What do you do?
- This is a true story and there are many other seniors just like this couple or who are living alone, that are in need of assistance in Lakeland.
- ElderPoint Ministries is seeking multiple teams of 2-3 adults (18+) to assist by volunteering their time as a team to provide light housekeeping once a week to senior adults ages 60 and older. Sweeping/mopping floors, Dusting, Tidying up to prevent fall/fire hazards, Taking out trash, small loads of laundry and Cleaning kitchen & restrooms.
- Open to individuals, or members of clubs/churches/ college students to assist in outreach! You will touch their lives and they will most definitely touch yours!
