SAHA is throwing a welcome event for residents who are moving into a new poperty in Walnut Creek. We are looking for volunteers to play a few songs for 15-20 minutes while the residents enjoy their welcome meal. This is a great opportunity if you are in a band to come perform for a small crowd of recently housed families and adults.

Description
The purpose of the SAHA's Volunteer Program is to improve the quality of living and promote health and well-being for Satellite Housing's residents. Volunteers will help foster community by facilitating activities for the residents, such as exercise groups, art classes, discussion groups, providing health and wellness information, leading or participating in games, assisting with special events, etc. The residents really appreciate the effort that is put forth by the volunteers, and look forward to the weekly interactions.
