PLACEMENT PURPOSE
Assist the Red Cross in delivering its mission to provide relief to victims of disaster and help prevent, prepare for and respond to emergencies in Santa Clara County.
OPEN TIME DAYS
Flexible and predicable
Shifts are in 6-hr segments: 12am-6am, 6am-12pm, 12pm-6pm, 6pm-12am
Shifts are covered by primary and backup dispatchers
Minimum commitment = 8 shifts per month (at least 48 hours per month)
Failure to fulfill this minimum commitment for three consecutive months may result in removal from the Dispatcher team.
